Medical Records

Los Medanos Community Hospital closed in April 1994 and the only remaining medical records or X-rays on file are for children born or treated at the hospital who have not yet reached 18 years of age, and these are stored at FYI Incorporated in San Jose. All other medical records and X-rays have been destroyed and are no longer available. Please address you rmedical records and/or X-ray requests to:
